SUPER SIMPLE WRAPPED FLOUNDER
This easy seafood dinner is a riff on the classic whitefish amandine recipes you may see in classic French restaurants. Here, the flour coating is omitted, but the dish includes butter, lemon, and the crunchy almonds that make it a perennial favorite. The almonds are toasted in advance since they need dry heat to brown. Brown for 3 to 5 minutes in a toaster oven or buy them packaged in markets, usually near the salad toppings.
